Barkley WHOOPS?

Charles Barkley was on his way to pick up a woman for oral sex when he got busted for a DUI last Wednesday. He told officers the woman had performed the sex act the week before and "it was the best one he had ever had." The Scottsdale police report also says he offered to tattoo a police officer's name on himself if it would help get him out of the DUI. The officer declined the offer and proceeded to book Barkley.
