The New Mexico police recently arrested a 21 year-old man for locking his grandmother in a room so he could light off fireworks on New Year's Eve. The woman, who is on oxygen and has to take medication for a congenital heart disease, used her life alert system to call the police. Her grandson was charged with false imprisonment.
