Paul Clutts was recently arrested for misuing Tampa's 911 system. He told an emergency dispatcher that he hit his house with a car and needed help. When cops arrived, Clutts was gone, and deputies noticed no damage. Clutts then showed up at a Sheriff's Office where he claimed he called 911 because "his cat attacked him," and he wanted to join his girlfriend in jail. He was promptly booked and charged.
Raul Valenzuela's kids recently busted him after he broke into the home of a friend's ex-wife and tried to beat up her new boyfriend. The children, ages 8 and 11, recognized their father even though he was wearing a bandana. He didn't realize the woman was baby-sitting his children.
