The Warsaw, Poland police recently found Aleksander Andrzej lying on a frozen park bench in his underwear. The 32 year-old did not freeze to death because he had a blood alcohol level that was 30 times over the legal limit. Cops believe the alcohol in his blood acted like anti-freeze and allowed him to stay alive. They are shocked Aleks did not die from blood alcohol poisoning.
Victoria Mullins was fined $637 for cursing in a high school classroom. Dallas high school teacher Michelle Lene sent the teen to the principal's office after she heard her say, "You trying to start (expletive)". The next day, the school resource officer presented Mullins with a disorderly conduct/abusive language ticket. It was for $340, but was raised to $637 after Mullins missed a hearing.
