The Tampa police recently arrested Christopher Roosevelt Lewis and Amy Menifield for using a stun gun to discipline a 13-year-old boy. The boy told an employee at his school, before police found visible stun gun marks on his upper thigh. Lewis is the boy's caretaker and a relative.
