Elaine Emter has been sentenced to community service for biting a police officer during a fight over a hot fudge sundae. The 33 year-old was at a McDonald's earlier this year when she became upset because there was not enough hot fudge on her sundae. When workers refused to replace the sundae, Elaine became combative. When cops told her she was being charged she tried to drive off. Elaine bit one of the officers before they tasered her in order to subdue her.
