John Norman was recently ordered to perform community service after he ignored an order than banned him from blaring Bruce Springsteen CDs. Last year, his neighbors registered 112 complaints against him before a London judge ordered him to lower his volume. Norman was arrested after failing to do so.
Tammy Webb won't be driving for awhile. The 43 year-old Ohioan was recently jailed after receiving 3 DUI's in less than a week. A judge set her bail at $150,000 and suspended her license for driving under the influence of drugs.
A 22-year-old Russian man is lucky to be alive after jumping out of a fifth-story window not once, but twice following a drinking binge. He downed three bottles of vodka before opening his kitchen window and jumping. He landed on his feet as friends called for an ambulance. He then walked back into his apartment and jumped again before medics arrived. Alexei was eventually taken to a hospital where he was treated for a minor concussion. He has pledged to quit drinking.
