Driver's ed teacher Daniel Winsky has lost his license for a year for instructing while drunk. The 53 year-old Salem, Mass native was tanked when an officer stopped him and a student driver. He was not behind the wheel but was cited because he was drunk and in control of the passenger side brakes in the specially-fitted driver's ed car.
A 42-year-old St. Petersburg, Florida man was recently arrested for getting drunk and then forgetting where he left his children. Sean Paul Braynen called 911 to report his children missing. A family friend then called the police to say the kids were with her.
The Newark, Delaware police recently arrested a 22-year-old man for stealing $82 worth of chicken wings and Hot Pockets. Police used video surveillance systems at an apartment complex to help identify the suspect. Officers found one of the stolen frozen food items at his home. It was then that he admitted to breaking and entering.
